1.) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
2.) Computer savvy
3.) Previous office experience is required (faxing, sorting)
4.) Experience creating mailings and mail merge is required
5.) Familiarity with share point is a strong plus
6.) Strong verbal and written communication skills
7.) Strong customer service
8.) Quick learner and reliable
9.) At least 40 WPM (please ensure this is on the resume)

Responsibilities: Performs basic clerical functions not requiring specialized knowledge of systems and procedures; Open, stamp & distribute mail; Code, group & forward forms; Collating and copying; Review files, documents, and printouts. Requirements: Ability to follow directions; Working knowledge of basic arithmetic; Attention to detail.

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday
