Global Financial Firm located in Denver, CO has an immediate contract for an experienced Project Manager 

The Project Manager / Coordinator for the Yes to Done program plays a key role in building and maintaining all aspects of the integrated project plan, ensuring that all work streams are working toward their stated objectives and outcomes, keeping the overall effort on track, and coordinating activity for the business lead. In this role, the PM will ensure work streams meet objectives on time and with a focus project plans, scope and prioritization.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
• Provide project management during all phases of the program
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress across work streams
• Identify and escalate issues/risks
• Coordinate planning of communications, meetings, rollout, etc., across work streams
• Create executive level reporting and presentations
• Interface with Program Management Office as necessary
• Assist in the development of business cases in support of the work streams
• Prepare for meetings with agendas, notes, outcomes, action items, and assist with facilitation
• Assist with data entry of information to complete forms
• Create and maintain a central repository for all program
• Collect, summarize and prepare status reports
• Oversight of deliverables and due dates for each work stream

Required Experience
• 5+ years of business project management experience
• Previous Client experience, desired
• Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio) and Sharepoint
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects/outcomes
• Financial Services experience
• Process design experience a plus
