Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: • Develops, writes and edits operational procedures for the Payroll department • Functions as an expert in process mapping with the creation of job aid, including screen captures • Researches, develops and designs technical specifications, scripts, and proposals for the department or for projects while representing the department • Analyzes, revises, and updates existing documents to ensure continuity and consistency of style and content. This also includes existing documents in the Payroll Document Guidance Library

• Engages, collaborates, and partners with others in the payroll department as well as with other key business partners such as AP, HR, Benefits, IDM, and others • Conducts interviews in order to create documents and creates general reference guides for the Payroll customer support department • Recommends procedural and process changes when necessary • Produces and publishes all final documentation in a concise format and user friendly format

• Maintains all information in an accessible archive to ensure prior documented processes can be accessed at a later date by others • Leverages organizational ad communication skills to present to the department when necessary • Demonstrates leadership in safety through active participation and support of the safety programs. Takes a proactive approach to identify and correct safety hazards and work practices in the work place. Knows and complies with the code of safe practices, "Zero in on Safety " "Speak up” and complete all mandated ergonomic and safety training as necessary
