Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation. Develop project plan and drive project milestones. Ensure effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Manage all communication plans, training and documentation. Deliver projects on time, at/under budget and within scope. Communicate project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project. Position requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio. 0-3 years of prior experience in project management is required. Knowledge of healthcare delivery and/or benefits would be helpful.

Will work on three project areas - execution of partnership plans, developing a formal program for employers, and execution of healthcare delivery pilots. We have key deliverables so are looking for the project manager to determine milestones and keep activities on track. On employers, the focus for what we need is executing the plan to create our resources and to support the outreach to employers. For large employers, we envision this person supporting outreach and states to ensure that what we've committed to deliver is secured. We also have 1-2 pilots in planning. The outcomes and goals will be set but we'd need the project manager to execute and keep everything on track. We want at least 1 year of experience managing complex projects.
