There is a possibility for extension 
  • Manage Reception desk administrative tasks
  • Provide administrative support to internal Renew Life departments as needed
  • Provide administrative support to visiting teams as needed
  • Answer, direct, and screen when necessary, all phone calls coming through
  • the Renew Life switchboard
  • Greet and assist all visitors to Renew Life corporate office following sign-in and security procedures
  • Process and distribute incoming mail and package deliveries
  • Process outgoing mail; maintain postage machine and supplies
  • Manage conference room calendars as needed
  • Maintain conference room supplies
  • Setup conference room for video conference meetings
  • Maintain office supply area and order office supplies as needed for corporate office and distribution center
  • Maintain/distribute internal phone directory (in conjunction with IT)
  • General office duties as assigned
  • Assist and coordinate with company events
