Manage credit memos. Process orders- customer orders for renew life product for shipment using NetSuite. Contact retailers regarding credit discrepancies. Update notes in NetSuite- (will training on this if the resource does not have the experience). This a heavily administrative role. Releasing past due balance holds and be able to call the customer and resolve the issue. Work closely with the Sales and AR team to resolve outstanding issues.
