Training Outreach Specialist

6+ Month contract


BASIC FUNCTION
The Training Outreach Specialist will be responsible for directly engaging with the Customer to make the Customer is aware of the benefits & features of the Cheetah Platform, to monitor and review Customers usage and adoption of the Cheetah Platform, and to ensure additional intervention by LTC's and or Account Mangers by informing them of low or now usage Customers that could be a potential retention risk.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage with the Customer though an Outreach Program via outbound calling to Client's existing customer base
o Confirm receipt of Customer Communication
o Using a Script that will encourage the customer to create favorites, schedule a training session, etc.
• Schedule and Register attendance for Training
• Monitor adoption and usage of the Cheetah Platform and determine potential risk retention
• Entering and tracking information regarding the Outreach Calling via SFDC
• Completing necessary checklists as needed
• Provide weekly reporting regarding the activities assigned via the outreach program
• Referrals to LTC's and Account Mangers for intervention for low or now usage customers

OTHER DUTIES
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelor's Degrees in Business or Paralegal Studies preferred
OR
• High School diploma or GED AND 2+ years' experience in Customer Service and Support and/or inside sales
Experience:
• Strong skills with Microsoft office, specifically Excel
• Use of SalesForce.com or related CRM
