Provide support for records management activities as directed by Records Storage/Custodial Team Lead.
Summary of Essential Duties:
Work to improve the records storage productivity and quality and make recommendations to Management of changes to increase overall records storage performance
Check in files and trailing documents into our system
Identify correct project, file type, doc type, and doc class
Image files and trailing docs
Pull file for delivery to client from pull list
Re-file a pulled file to an existing box
Put boxes on shelves and index boxes to shelf using phaser
Index files to a box using a phaser or computer attached barcode scanner
Perform housekeeping duties as directed by Management including:
Sweep floors at end of day
Keep all areas clear of debris, packing materials, unused pallets, etc.
Straighten box rows as required
Replace damaged boxes as required
Assist in the retrieval of file from clients' facility as directed by Management
Other responsibilities as directed by Project Manager and Team Lead
Hiring 2 positions for First Shift - 5:30 AM to 2:00PM, 30 minute lunch break.
