Job Description:
The Process Design Manager will serve as a process design lead on the Global Anti Money Laundering (AML) Enterprise-Wide Initiative Team. This is not a technical role – the candidate will work on the design and development of Know Your Customer (KYC) workflow processes and will provide business input into the PEGA CLM Application design.

Additionally, the Process Design Manager will be a self-starter who is deadline oriented and can manage multiple priorities. They will manage the details of their assigned features while understanding the end-to-end impact of their features.

Responsibilities include:
• Driving the development of assigned features and functionality by partnering with our technology team and business partners
• Ensuring an excellent end to end experience for our users for the assigned features and functionality
• Engaging partners throughout the process to ensure a full understanding of the processes and their up- and downstream impact
• Gaining consensus among partners on business process decisions impacting the application design


Required Skills:
• Process design and process management
• Move quickly from dialogue to action with limited direction
• Experience writing business requirements/User Stories (Waterfall and Agile)
• Managing & influencing sophisticated, fast-paced business partners with competing priorities
• Focus on customer experience and software usability
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred

Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering policies and procedures
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Six Sigma training and designation preferred
• Experience working with global teams spanning multiple time zones
