The successful candidate will partner with and provide support for a team of employees in pursuing strategic business objectives and critical Environmental Healthy and Safety (ESH) programs.

Support site management and personnel to achieve the desired ESH goals of the site, including required safety programs and meetings, site observations, auditing, and management of an online database and record keeping
Represent the site and participate in monthly NA ESH team calls
Manage third part contractor safety programs and ISN
Schedule, organize and prepare Monthly Safety Meeting on-site
Perform diversified administrative support for on-site and off-site employees: including filing, copying, mailings, ordering office supplies, processing invoices, and maintaining office equipment
Anticipate and manage calendar schedules and activities with an understanding of general priorities
Manage travel arrangements, expense travel reports, meeting preparations, and team meeting agendas
Set up conference calls
Handle confidential information
Monitor charges against team budget/cost center via SAP query reports
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with people on the team and other key stakeholders
Build strong relationships with key contacts
Provide training and guidance on company processes and procedures and share learnings with peers to create synergistic results
Must be able to work well both independently and in a team setting

Core Business/Functional Skills and Education
Minimum 3 years administrative experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Highly motivated individual
Experience coordinating travel and processing expense reports
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Excel software is required, as well as a good working knowledge of SAP
A degree/diploma would be an asset

Additional Info:
• Open due to recent changes in our organization, we've lost remote admin support and on-site ESH support. We need this support back again, and have decided to combine the roles

• MUST HAVES:
o The person MUST be able to get themselves to work. We are somewhat rural/remote, and public transport is not an option
o Agility and organization skills are a must, as things are quite dynamic for us here
o Independence – being able to work under limited supervision during the summer hours
o Strong communication skills
o Previous admin experience is an asset; learning our admin systems will be self-driven

NICE TO HAVES: Ag background/experience would be nice to have & Previous safety experience
• Conversion to client could be possible, depending on our business
