Job Description:
  • Lead Change Management effort for large IT project
  • Develop a Change Management Strategy that will drive rapid end user adoption
  • Bring in the industry best practices of Change Management
  • Assess the Organizational Change and Readiness needs for launching an initiative that has an enterprise wide impact
  • Leverage change management tools such as Stakeholder Analysis, Impact Assessment, Training Strategy, Communication Plan to create the overall readiness plan
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and Technical Subject Matter Experts to develop an overall Implementation Plan
  • Execute Change Management/Readiness plan
  • Identify and raise risks and issues with Project and Implementation Plans
  • Check and adjust readiness and change materials based on issues and adoption metrics as needed
  • Provide training to internal Change Management team on ADKAR
  • Create a conceptual organizational model based on gathered data, service alignment, and industry best practices; including interactions, roles, and services for each department
  • Develop an IT Help Desk Support Strategy and Help Desk training recommendation
Job Requirements:
  • Prosci ADKAR certification Required
  • 10+ years of experience leading large change management initiatives including IT projects
  • ServiceNow background preferred
