The Digital Marketing Channel Manager will be responsible for the execution of highly visible targeted online marketing campaigns, while ensuring appropriate fit for the channel, managing and adhering to multiple calendars/schedules, reviewing creative assets to confirm they meet specs/style guidelines, and measuring campaign performance. Candidate will support various lines of business, monitoring and improving performance of marketing campaigns within online banking. Candidate should have strong project management skills, relationship management skills, and QA skills.

Responsibilities include:
• Flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Working with team members from various departments
• Maintaining and establishing routines for optimizing and improving channel management and performance
• On-time delivery of routine deliverables and performance reports
• Performance reporting and analysis along with providing recommendations for optimization

Required Skills:
• 3 to 5 years digital marketing execution and performance data management experience
• Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines
• Must have excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and concisely
• Proactive, self-starter who shows initiative and ability to drive results
• Process and systems knowledge used for marketing asset execution
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
• Develop presentation materials
• Excellent time-management skills
• Must be detail-oriented

Desired Skills:
• Experience analyzing metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, etc.
• A/B testing experience
• Experience calculating statistical significance
• Experience with mobile marketing is a plus
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus
• eCommerce, onsite, interactive media background
• QA testing and validation experience
• Content management system experience
• Optimization within eCommerce or marketing
• Experience with Adobe Test & Target is a plus
