Exhibitor Sales Coordinator

• Complete outbound phone campaigns and receive inbound sales calls • Engage exhibitors with the intention to sell GES Logistics while looking for additional ways to drive exhibitor satisfaction and increase the number of orders for tradeshows and events. • Create Logistics quotes and complete all pre book paperwork for the purpose of securing logistics shipments to and from tradeshows and events Assist exhibitors with general show questions and assist in gathering exhibitor order forms • Educate exhibitors on using our online tool; Expresso • Consistently maintain accurate documentation in appropriate business systems • Meet and exceed balanced scorecard standards (sales and quality) • Partner with management to meet and exceed all sales goals • Maintain excellent customer service satisfaction for both internal and external customers • Other duties as assigned

• Positive, winning attitude • Attention to detail • Professional attitude • Salesforce.com experience preferred • Strong Sales Skills • Embrace the customer for life philosophy and consistently follow up with exhibitors for the purpose of generating repeat sales • Must be able to learn product line and verbally describe to clients without the use of industry jargon • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills as well as active listening skills • Telephone sales skills to effectively conduct business over the phone involving prospecting, selling and servicing new and existing customers • Ability to engage clients over the phone for the purposes of up-selling graphics, specialty furniture, AV, and exhibit systems • Display the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell products and services to existing customers and prospects • Strong written and oral communication skills • Familiarity with telephone systems • Competency in Word and Excel • Strong customer service orientation • Strong organizational, problem solving skills
