Minimum Qualifications: Two-year college degree or 2-3 years work-related experience required. BA/BS in business, public policy, communications or economics desired.

Responsibilities:
Project Management Coordination: Coordinate regulatory proceedings of extreme visibility that require a significant degree of attention to detail and high level of confidentiality. Maintain an awareness of related issues in other proceedings that may affect assigned cases. Monitor case schedules and issues closely and alert the project management team on outstanding issues that require immediate attention. Coordinate the production, filing and distribution of case management documentation. Provide quality control of production processes. Assist the project management teams in determining and securing the appropriate level of production resources necessary to accomplish case goals. Set up the case management meetings and maintain a log of key issues and outcomes. Coordinate the preparation of witness testimony and work papers. Communicate with witness and subject matter experts to ensure that work products are completed according to schedule. Organize witness training as required. Communication: Assist the project management team in planning written communications to case participants regarding coordination issues and tasks. Use good interpersonal and communication skills in meeting or conversing with people on case coordination issues both within and outside client. Communicate with third parties regarding status of discovery and handling routine inquiries. Convey information clearly, concisely, accurately, and effectively.

Other Support: Provide input to project management teams when discussing logistical matters important to case activities. Evaluate the work flow processes and submit recommendations for efficiency purposes. Conduct research and analysis for the Senior or Principal Case Managers, as required. Once the case is closed, support the Senior or Principal Case Manager with SOX and other case compliance requirements. Proactively work with the WebDocs team to ensure documents relating to the regulatory case are posted to WebDocs in a timely manner. Update the case schedule, including upcoming milestones, on WebDocs on a regular basis.
