Facilities Coordinator

This is a New York based role in the Wealth Management Technology COO division within the Core Business Management team. This individual will be responsible for managing WMT space functions. This will require working and traveling between our NYC downtown metro offices and monthly Purchase office visits. Successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, aptitude, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Candidate needs to be proactive, detailed oriented, and a team player. There is a willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for our clients.

Responsibilities include:
 Support general office duties such ordering office supplies and hardware, addressing facility requests, updating desk nameplates, and coordinating hotel desk requests
 Coordinating equipment installations, decommissions, and moves with facilities and IT support
 Assist with tracking space and equipment inventory
 Assist with coordination of Technology staff moves and departmental restacks
 Assist with New Hire setup. Handle desk checks, machine build and telephone assignment requests
 Manage daily space report refresh
 Primary contact for all user requests related to space, facilities and policies/procedures for equipment

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Required Skills:
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desired Skills:
 Basic SharePoint skills
