Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities Consulting, Strategic Planning and Execution: Determine the current and/or future staffing needs of the leader or line of business supported. Develop and/or execute on specific recruiting strategies and plans by utilizing recruiting department and other resources. Monitor and report on success of plans and actions in achieving strategic objectives and adjust as necessary.

Search Requirements: Document search requirements (via Intake form) ensuring an understanding of job duty responsibilities and business requirements. Retrieve applicable job family, job level, job title, job code and salary range using Career Tracks tool and documentation and working with Compensation department partners as necessary. Develop job posting descriptions including both minimum and desired qualifications using existing Career Tracks job profiles where available.

Develop prescreening questions to assist with qualifying candidates/phone screens. Sourcing/Screening: Build pipeline/sources from diverse internal and external talent. Determine search strategy. Review and screen resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position and search requirements (phone screen as applicable). Identify opportunities to positively impact diversity hiring efforts.

Recruitment: Build candidate relationships and promote client. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Prepare candidates for interviews – review culture, organization structure, job description, competencies and expectations. Act as a liaison by providing ongoing information to the candidate. Manage the candidate relationship through the complete recruiting life-cycle.

Candidate Presentation: Present a diverse and qualified candidate slate to hiring manager. Consult hiring manager on candidate qualifications, work experience, degree of match vs. search requirements. Recommend candidates to interview and secure agreement on final interview slate. Interview Facilitation: Ensure candidate interviews are coordinated. Facilitate creation of interview guides as required.

Collect feedback from interviewers and determine next steps. Conduct reference checks as required. Ensure all applicants are tracked and dispositioned appropriately. Offer Negotiation: Work with hiring manager to develop and offer package considering candidates current compensation and benefits, market salary ranges and internal equity. Relationship Management: Guide the lines of business through a compliant recruiting and hiring process. Develop and maintain working relationships with clients to understand their business and staffing needs (short and long-term) and to help prioritize and plan recruiting activities.

Project/Additional Work: Participate in Special projects and process improvement initiatives as required. Ensure data integrity in Applicant Tracking System. Develop and attend training applicable to recruiting and line of business.
