Escrow Officer

We are looking for an individual who can support and promote our unique company culture – someone that will help us inspire confidence and pioneer change in the vacation ownership industry. This individual is self-motivated, takes initiative, is dedicated to the highest level of customer service, is ready for a challenge, embraces change, and is a true team player. They would join a specialty division that manages a high volume desk that includes customer contact via email and telephone.  Training of our specialty products and processes will be provided to the selected individual.

An "outside the box” thinker that maintains a positive attitude even in the thick of it. The candidate must be highly organized and comfortable in a high volume/fast paced environment, with independent working characteristics to include problem solving and decision making skills.


Escrow responsibilities to include maintaining current escrow accounts, opening orders, reviewing and clearing title matters, handling escrow documents and escrow accounting functions of the deposits and disbursements, reviewing documents, submitting documents for recording, preparing and finalizing title policies,  and performing clerical and administrative functions such as drafting emails and maintaining paper and electronic files.

  • 1+ years of office experience
  • 1+ years of escrow and or title experience, preferred
  • Timeshare Experience is a PLUS
  • Banking/ Industry - Big Box Balancing (Target balancing money is a good fit) 
  • Strong typing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in timeshare escrow and/or title is preferred (Strong Escrow Experience Required)
