Analyzes inspection reports, location, risk, credit reports, etc. to accept or reject renewal/new property and casualty business. May require a bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

- Property & Casualty Insurance background is a plus.
- Any exposure to underwriting is a plus.
- Part of what they will be doing is quoting and this requires submitting information to the system, so they would need some computer skills.
- operating on a windows environment, so someone who has those skills.
- They will be working with underwriters in an organization. And the team will receive submissions from other teams.
- They will take these submissions and key in the information into the system.
- Team gets other requests from book of business called regulatory auto filings – the candidate would be filing these requests: reviewing them, go on internet and research the request and file it.

Request Details:
- Excel skills: enter information into an excel document or a repository. Having some comfort with Microsoft product.
- This role could require a lot of data entry – someone who is comfortable with this.
- Candidate should work well with others and take instruction and is an independent thinker.

Work Schedule:
- Full time: 8-5, 40 hours per week.
