Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of contract and administration experience Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills Desired Qualifications Demonstrated experience using databases Basic office management skills Strong time management skills Strong oral communication skills Understanding of construction terminology Bachelor's degree in construction management or business administration or equivalent work experience
