Operations Support III

Provide operational support to departmental projects or larger scale department/division-wide efforts. Duties will include: tracking information and generating reports, research and follow through, schedule coordination and database management.
Assure that employees are trained on time by routing documents and scheduling classes for individual employees. Gather data and report training metrics to management. Assure that the training data gets entered into the LMS. Audit department records for accuracy. Prepare for and participate in area training/compliance audits. May require other training responsibilities as directed. This individual must be able to work independently as well as with others. Experience working in an environment regulated by FDA compliance and required documentation is desired. Knowledge of compliance and quality systems is desired. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and follow-up skills needed. Must be able to work under timelines and assure that training is performed within target dates. An error can cause compliance issues in such that if an employee is not trained on time or has not been adequately trained, the area can receive audit observations.

Minimum Education / Experience 
2+ years of experience with a High School diploma or GED equivalent is the minimum requirement. Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in a related field is desirable. Incumbent must be able to use computer software required for tracking information. Computer experience includes MS Word components, Office Suite - especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
