The Customer Service Rep will serve as a direct point of contact for resolving customer complaints and processing information via phone, email, mail, and social media.
-High volume of phone calls inbound/outbound.
-Will reach out to customers to verify account information.
-Will listen carefully, courteously, and accurately while ascertaining problems, solutions, and next steps.
-Maintains a high level of professionalism and courteous interaction at all times.
-Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with all information.
-Will cancel or upgrade accounts as needed.
-Will assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
-Will advise customers regarding company information.
-Will take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
-Will place or cancel orders.
-Will answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
-Will serve as the company gatekeeper to route information properly or handle independently.
-Will provide advice and solutions when a product malfunctions.
-Will process product recalls.
-Will attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
-Will inform customer of deals and promotions.
-Will sell products and services.
-Will utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
-Will cohesively work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
-Will close out or open call records.
-Will compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
-Will read from scripts when appropriate.
-Will handle changes in policies or renewals.
-Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and be able to solve problems quickly.
-Must have computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
-SAP knowledge is preferred but not required.
-Must have very strong math skills.
-Must be able to maintain exceptional accuracy level for invoicing .
-Must understand the impact of improper invoicing and/or data.
-Must take ownership for accurate information and processing.
