Record deed/mortgages on-site and Monroe County Clerk's office. Provide support to abstractors and title examiners. Create cover pages, calculate recording fees and mortgage tax.

Recorder will spend time in office and at county clerk's office which is across the street, within walking distance of our office. There is no specific recording software that is utilized but the county clerk online site may be utilized.

Open to Entry-Level candidates, but some work experience preferred. Training will be offered.

Administrative skills; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
