Job Description: This position if for an entry-level professional individual contributor in the HR Business Partner Family, who works under close supervision. The role will provide administrative support for HRBP function and provide additional back-up/assistance to generalists and senior level HRBP's when necessary.

Essential Functions:
•Provide HR reporting and analytics for the business using Workday and other in-house reporting systems •Translate data into meaningful insights and assist in the development of recommendations that support key HR related business decision making •Assists HR Partners and managers with talent management activities including performance management, engagement, career development and diversity and inclusion activities.
•Provides first line advice to colleagues and managers that is outside the Shared Services area including Workday questions, policy interpretation, etc.
•Design and develop presentation materials for key stakeholders


Qualifications:
•A strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking and strong verbal and written communications skills •Collaborative, resourceful and proactive, with excellent attention to detail & project management skills •Must be flexible and able to work in a high volume, fast-paced deadline and data driven environment •An analytical mindset including a proficiency in analyzing, organizing and using data •Strong technical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with Workday a plus •Able to develop strong relationships across a diverse client base and to engender trust and credibility with managers at all levels and with HR colleagues
