Heavily into data entry Data will be person employee information – will be confidential Must be accurate and detail-oriented Will be working in Workday – Supporting the US with payroll Payroll is run off of Workday Workday experience is a plus Experience with data entry into a system like PeopleSoft is helpful Will be communicating with HR Could be temp-to-perm – but no guarantee.

Job Overview:
Provides HC Operations support for the US HC Operations team primarily in the areas of background check verifications, repository maintenance, employee data maintenance and employee compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the background verification process for new hires and client projects
  • Processing employee transactions in Workday (including but not limited to job changes, hires, terminations, compensation changes, etc)
  • Creates and maintains employee personnel files as required
  • Upload various electronic documents to share drive i.e. new hire documents and severance agreements
  • Fulfills Ad Hoc report request
  • Assists with special projects as needed
