Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with income security team and other impact team members within the Foundation to scale the digital community for financial empowerment (DCFE)
• Manage day-to-day activities to sustain DCFE member engagement and drive savings among low-income older adults
• Coordinate with member service teams to respond timely to DCFE members' concerns and feedback about financial products and services provided (saving, coaching, benefits, etc.)
• Facilitate online financial webinar or forums as necessary
• Coordinate with the Foundation's implementation partners (fintechs, community development, financial coaching, etc.) to analyze and use community member data to improve financial products and services and long-term strategy for sustainable growth of DCFE
• Manage relationships between the Foundation and financial empowerment 'champions' and other partner organizations
• Plan on-the-ground stakeholder meetings or community-based events to advocate or promote DCFE and serve as its 'brand ambassador'

Skills of desired candidate:
• Minimum bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of working experience in private or social sector
• Passion for working with vulnerable or underserved populations
• Entrepreneurial-minded problem solver, comfortable working in fast-pace and sometimes uncertain environments
• Previous experience as community manager or similar capacity
• Previous experience in design thinking and UX/UI, especially for digital products
• Background in business, finance, marketing or related areas; knowledge and experience in applied psychology or behavioral economics a plus
• Background working with municipal governments a plus Ideal level of experience and compensation:
• Report to Director, social entrepreneur in residence, income security
• Work closely with income security team (5-6 team members)
• Collaborate with Foundation's impact, communication and innovation teams as required
