Responsibilities
• Lead all day-to-day operations, including developing and managing long-term relationships with community-based partner organizations and grantees who can implement client programs in the field and ensuring that all customers receive best-in-class service and support through the client-affiliated channels.
• Contribute to strategic growth planning and client's ability to scale programs through the development of new channel partner relationships as well as exploring, developing, and implementing plans to scale the program digitally.
• Monitor and measure client programmatic performance and provide regular updates and optimization recommendations to the client leadership and organizational partners.
• Play a primary role in the development of new go-to-market strategies and ensure all execution remains on strategy.
• Participate in client innovation pipeline process, including customer discovery, prototyping, and testing, with the end goal of launching new income and financial management initiatives to achieve sustainable social change.

We are looking for someone with:
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance.
• 3+ years relevant project management, design-thinking, and operations experience; preference for candidates who have a proven track record of developing solution plans and running idea pilots for results-oriented validation.
• 1+ years relevant digital marketing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a customer-facing and/or consulting role requiring a relationship-driven approach to strengthening partnerships and engagement with diverse stakeholders.
• The natural ability to empathize with stakeholders and consumers during customer discovery and prototyping as to leverage their experiences in program innovation.
• Familiarity with national and community-based entrepreneurship and economic development initiatives.
• A strong ability to use data to inform development and support of solutions.
• A strong passion for innovation and a high-level of comfort navigating ambiguous and unregimented opportunities.
• An obsessive attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong work ethic and high level of professional integrity.
• A willingness to challenge and be challenged, regardless of seniority.
