12 Month contract

* Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM - 5 PM


- Handle customer inquiries including, but not limited to, those presented via phone and e-mail.
- Be primarily responsible for executing Order-to-Cash.
- Process domestic and international Order-to-Cash process and sub-processes.
- Determine how to prioritize responsibilities; balancing short- and medium-term objectives while successfully ensuring completion of routine job duties.
- Provide support to customers through broad knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
- Utilize decision making authority, dependent within a Terms of Reference, and independently.
- Work to build rapport with customers, internal functions, and external service providers to better understand what can be done to improve internal/external processes and procedures.
- Represent Customer Service on special projects as assigned by Customer Service Team Lead.
- Resolve many, sometimes conflicting, issues in a professional, confident, and timely manner while performing routine tasks.
- Initiate necessary actions required to remove any obstacles that may impact client's ability to satisfy customer requirements.
- Manage Credits/Debits/Returns as assigned by Customer Service Team Lead to support the Customer Experience.
- Manage daily reports to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize Non Conformance Management System for non-conformance tracking and to identify opportunities for corrective and preventative actions.
- Support Corporation-Construction Systems Customer Service Team members and processes.
- Exhibit positive image of self and corporation, even in difficult and stressful situations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Customer Service Management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Computer literate with a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software; experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferable.
- Customer Service or Supply Chain-related experience is a plus.
