Responsibilities:
  • Organize all tax paperwork for newly hired consultants.
  • Schedule drug tests for newly hired consultants.
  • Complete background checks for clients.
  • Answer phone calls for the main office.
  • Assist account managers and team members in any additional administrative needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced.
  • Excellent phone skills are critical due to additional receptionist responsibilities.
