Level 2-3 position (SCCM Office 36, Windows 10).

ServiceNow ticketing system is used.

SCCM Thin client.

Troubleshooting laptops.

Office 365.

Windows 10.

A+ Certification would be nice to have; Microsoft Certifications are a nice to have.


The IT Department are responsible for all aspects of the IT environment. Desktop Support provide first and second line support to the end users for desktop and laptop computers, telephony and network connectivity as well as user in.

Ensure that IT requests are prioritised and dealt with effectively.o Provide help and support to both onsite and remote users maintaining effective communications throughout the process.o Ensure all client machines are updated and patched according to schedule and best practice.o Ensure the asset database is accurate and up to dateo Own and manage work and projects to provision, upgre and maintain the end user environmento Work with third party suppliers, providing specifications of required work and ensuring work is carried out as required.o Assist with internal relocation of teams and employees (will require physical lifting of IT equipment)o Deputise for the Infrastructure Manager as requiredExperience: At least 5 Years previous experience of supporting 100+ users in a Windows XP/7 environment Good understanding of Windows networking (DHCP, DNS, IP) Hand-on experience of Active Directly in a Windows 2008/2010 environment
