Telecommunications Engineer

"Candidate must have extensive experience with the identification, configuration, management and operation of advanced audio-visual control systems, as well as hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of personal computers, tablets and smartphones. Job responsibilities will also require candidate to be experienced with graphic and video design, editing and publishing, both on paper and electronically (digital signage). Keen customer interaction skills are also required.

Top five required skills include:
1. Manages onsite technology systems and infrastructure, including audio-visual switching matrix, digital signage, content management, local wired and wireless networks, VoIP telephony and demonstration assets.
2. Provides direct technical support to meeting/event participants to enable them to effectively use available technology to enhance their experience, and able to demonstrate the various technologies and products in use and on display at the facility.
3. Creates and edits digital graphic and video content to be presented on display assets throughout the facility.
4. Assists with defining technology investment, upgrade, and maintenance plans.
5. Project manages vendors and key partners in the operation and maintenance of all onsite technologies and devices.
