Senior BSA models business processes, derives requirements and produces detailed business rule definitions to create system functional component descriptions. The Senior BSA will participate in projects from the Business Requirements review phase, working with Functional Architects and product management, to analyze the requirements in detail. This involves reviewing business requirements and documenting functional specifications details for the application development team. This position provides guidance to team members by elaborating the necessary details for projects. The Senior BSA analyzes business processes in great detail, participating in application design, supporting development teams and testing. The Senior BSA must possess good communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate business processes into functional specifications. This position requires working closely with the technical and governance functions, reviewing and interpreting technical designs and specifications, assisting with estimating costs and producing schedules.

• Understand and document the full end-to-end existing processes in the following areas
o User onboarding (including all HR, Finance, Desktop Support, and related systems)
o Provisioning systems on-premises (including requirements for systems used in the full SDLC)
o Provisioning systems in AWS (including requirements for systems used in the full SDLC)
o Establishing connectivity between various systems (including processes related to firewall, router, proxy, load balancer, etc)
• Publish workflow diagrams and how-to guides targeted at the most common use cases for each of the above process
• Participate in discussions with process owners, architects and users as each process is reviewed for optimization





Process Specialist

Prior experience as Developer, Systems Admin or Project Mgr

Applies process knowledge to ensure Team project members adhere to defined company and/or industry best practices. The PS helps ensure overall process coherence for effective daily management of the Team's work and deliverables. The SPS will participate from the very early stages of team projects, working with the leadership, and team members, to utilize process solutions and approaches that solve the business' problems. The SPS will provide process support and help coordinate across their Team and help Team members to submit service tickets in SNOW and/or JIRA. This position provides guidance to teams through all phases of projects, to ensure projects are managed to successful conclusion in support of the business lines. The SPS must possess strong communications skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain our defined SDLC model processes to the development and product teams. This position requires working closely with the functional and technical functions, reviewing and interpreting functional technical designs and specifications, estimating costs and producing schedules for team-specific projects.
