2nd Shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10pm - 6:30am

May be required to work overtime as well (e.g., 12 hours, likely 6-6)

Summary: Review SAP process orders to ensure all consumed materials are recorded in the process order and that all process orders are closed on a timely basis. Review SAP transaction processes to ensure data is accurately posted. Generate daily/weekly/monthly SAP reports for management review and corrective action.

Essential Duties:
• Support Finance Team to complete all required month end activities.
• Review SAP process orders to ensure all consumed materials are recorded in the process order and that all process orders are closed on a timely basis.
• Review SAP transaction processes to ensure data is accurately posted.
• Assist in the documentation of the Holland Quality System.
• Printing/preparing forms for the line leads for the next shift.
• Printing/preparing FG SAP tickets for the next shift.
• Entering FG counts into SAP for their shift.
• Counting and entering RPW materials SAP following the end of product run
• Entering HOTs data for the previous shift
• File/sort as needed SAP records and reports. Assist in record retention policy.
• Assist in typing/creating SAP procedures and presentations
• Comply with all standard operating procedures and requirements.
• Order/track supplies as needed for production
• Maintain accurate records and logs as required
• Perform SAP production reporting as required.
• Make copies as needed
• Create and maintain filing system for SAP production paperwork (electronic/hard copy).


Minimum Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Advanced knowledge of Windows Based Software (Excel, Word, Production Systems). Experience training end users on software programs. Has a high level of knowledge and understanding of production environment and machinery. Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Ability to trouble-shoot production-related reporting problems. Must be able to understand and follow directions. Must be able to demonstrate good attendance and work on all shifts, as required. Ability to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts to satisfy business needs. Ability to work extended hours and/or overtime as required. Associate must be able to participate in job development training and also be certified on the training plan for this position within six months of start date.
