Welder- 1st shift

Location: Toccoa, Georgia
1-5 years Experience as a TIG Welder.

• Bracket welding: tacking, welding to flat stock, and welding to curved stock
• Acoustic assembly welding, reducer assembly welding, and welding fixture setup on 787 Sub-
• Read and interpret prints, sketches, RPS instructions, QAPs, QCPs, and all special
instructions that pertain to the production of parts processed in the area
• Properly fill out all paperwork as required and accurately input data into computer system
• Perform part and filler rod cleaning, properly handle and store filler rods
• Achieve and maintain acceptable job efficiency
• Adherence to work instructions and standard work
• Follow all MESH processes and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Specialized Knowledge or Training:
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Prefer TIG welding certification (GTAW) from a technical school
• Achieve and maintain weld certification
• Competent use of the following tools: micrometer, calipers, height gages, indicators, ruler,
hand tools, and power tools
