PEGA Decisioning Lead

Establish and or expand the technical platform to enable and support multi-channel and interactive customer Decisioning strategies
Coordinate the definition and measurement of Decisioning business solutions to improve customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction
Lead the planning, and implementation of Decisioning initiatives
Provide technical leadership to those with less experience in decisioning technologies
Support both the business requirements gathering and documentation development
Design and implement functionalities as per user stories laid out by business
Participate on projects by developing the technical design, leading the programming effort, assisting with testing, developing design documentation, conduct technical training, managing technical implementation tasks, and code as necessary
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills

• Experience with a broad range of technologies, strategies, products and their application to business services
• Understanding of SQL, XML, and real time decisioning
• Should have Certified Pega Marketing Consultant (CPMC) certification or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• 3-5 years design and development experience with Chordiant Decision Management (CDM), Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) including Decision Services Model (DSM) decisioning applications

Experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Database Design
Any Experience in Telecom industry is a plus
