Description:

4 month project.

The Purchasing Specialist will support the US IT business by interfacing with various departments to gather information required to create shopping carts and perform issue resolution through the end to end PO process. The primary responsibilities of the position include creating shopping carts, performing goods receipts, and reconciling GRIR imbalances in an SAP environment. The position will also interface with the A/P department to resolve parked and blocked invoice issues for their POs.

The preferred candidate will have the following qualifications:
2-4 years of similar accounting experience
SAP experience
Recent experience with accounts payable / purchasing activities
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to function well in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
Ability to handle multiple priorities
