Must have experience working in a client facing capacity
  • Must have experience working in an office supporting up to 10 staff members
  • Must be able to provide examples of working in a fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Must be computer savvy and have recent experience using Search Engines, Outlook, CRM etc.
  • Must be a quick learner and have drive & determination to quickly make an impact
  • Must be able to take direction and multi-task
  • Business Casual is required
  • Attendance is critical and hours are non-negotiable.  Must be able to arrive on time.

o        Covering the front desk including answering and transferring calls using VoIP, greeting clients
o        General clerical responsibilities, such as copying, filing, ordering supplies etc.
o        Calendar management and meeting lists and coordination
o        Generating/creating Excel spreadsheets, and various deadline-oriented reporting
o        Developing and modifying Adobe presentations
o        Meeting preparation, including creating and binding presentation materials, ordering food, etc.
o        Keep lobby, admin, and conference rooms stocked and clean
o        Provide back up support coverage to the administrative team as needed
o        Various office projects and other duties as assigned

·          Advanced ability in organization, time management and planning skills
·          Exhibits proficiency in duties and expanded knowledge and application software packages (Outlook, CRM, Word, Excel and Adobe)
·          Strong oral and written communication skills
·          Attention to detail and excellent follow through skills
·          Adjust to changing priorities quickly
·          Strong interpersonal and partnership skills
·          Ability to work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
·          Education requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
