Responsible for providing operational, project and administrative support to Global HR Department.
Primary responsibilities:
Is a resource for HR queries on HR policy and administration.
Performs administrative project work including researching and gathering information from various sources, formatting, analyzing and summarizing results.
Provide administrative support to a mid-size team in the HR function such as setting up meetings, video conference room bookings, travel arrangements, expense reports and reimbursements, invoicing, scheduling and coordinating on-site visitors, meetings/conferences etc.
Support global line functions in HR administration and transactional processes such as promotions letters, support activities related to job changes, management of benefits seminar schedule and communications, etc.
Responsible for filing and documentation related to various HR processes
Support in ad hoc projects such as updating the HR Intranet and/or Sharepoint page, support with function-wide projects and events.
Participates in HR Team meetings, summarizes notes and decisions, and communicates to HR function.
Secondary responsibilities:
Exercise initiative to provide a variety of advanced analytical and general administrative tasks
Report generation and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of data

Skills
Mid-level Role requiring 1-2 years' experience in an administrative capacity, good follow-up and follow-through skills, communicates effectively. Ability to navigate in a large organization with competing priorities. Eager to learn new tasks and jump in to help as needed.
