12+ Month contract

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

* Principle Responsibilities
· Responsibility for material returns process and reporting
· Responsibility for facilitating new account set-up and account maintenance
· Responsibility for tax compliance and reporting
· Responsibility for entry of orders, credits, and debits as department workload requires
· Ability to determine how to prioritize responsibilities; balancing short and medium term objectives while successfully completing routine job duties
· Decision making authority using independent judgment, dependent within a Terms of Reference
· Ability to build rapport with customers, internal functions and external service providers to better understand what can be done to improve internal and external processes and procedures
· Represent Customer Service on special projects as assigned by Customer Service Team Lead
· Initiate necessary action required to remove any obstacles that may impact client's ability to satisfy customer requirements
· Support client Corporation - Construction Systems Customer Service Team members and processes
· Ability to maintain positive image of self and corporation, even in difficult and stressful situations
· Other duties as assigned by Customer Service Management

· BS degree in Accounting, Business or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
· Strong oral and written communication skills are a requirement.
· Computer literacy and a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software is required.
· Customer Service or Supply Chain related experience is preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation, business acumen, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills are preferred.
· Experience with SAP or other ERP system is preferred.
