Will work as a phone screener- min 35 interviews per week
Operate as a Human Resource partner by actively engaging in all areas of recruitment, acting as a change agent and working with all levels of management to enhance organizational effectiveness. Assists business unit(s) in achieving business and people objectives. Provide accurate and timely HR information and high quality customer service. Source, Phone Screen, interview in person, and recruit primarily nonexempt applicants for open positions in our call center in Phoenix, AZ. Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization. Make hiring recommendations to business; notify applicants of consideration or declination; prepare and extend job offers; conduct, review, and communicate results of applicant testing (where applicable). Source candidates through internal/external job fair events, advertisements, computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals (primarily online sourcing via job boards). Participate in various staffing based projects/initiatives to promote and enhance the overall performance of the staffing department and business results. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws. Prepare and maintain employment records; develop reporting and utilize recruitment software as appropriate; conducts reference and background checks and New Hire Orientation as needed. Leadership Responsibilities: Is accountable for individual assignments and an element of work group's results. Task Complexity: Works on complex projects. Highly skilled with extensive proficiency.
