Global financial firm in Baltimore, MD has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Coordinator.

We are looking for a temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our Campus Recruiting team. This individual will be responsible for and assist with Full Time and Summer Analyst recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities include the following:
• Assist with the Summer Analyst Program for selected business units; facilitate rotational programs, placement, events, evaluation process
• Coordination of and participation in Firmwide and divisional recruiting events on-campus and on site
• Represent Brokerage with the highest professional standards
• Liaise with career services offices, student organizations and outside vendors to schedule recruiting events
• Coordinate interview process for Full Time and Summer Analyst candidates including resume collection and reconciliation, resume review, room bookings, car and catering logistics, candidate travel, interviewer prep, offer follow up, and offer letters
• Maintain relationships with candidates; provide them with information on the Firm, recruiting process, assessment process, and internship programs
• Tracking and reporting on recruiting activity for the various divisions globally, including head count, EEO data, statistics and competitor information, through use of our candidate tracking system and databases
• Build relationships with and partner with recruiting leaders and school team members across selected business units to understand functional needs of the business and execute recruiting strategy
• Assisting recruiters with any ad hoc projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-2 years experience in human resources, client services, sales, marketing, or communications in a corporate environment
