Position Description Answer one call center number that is supporting several departments (less than 6), evaluate the caller's need and then direct the caller to correct department. When evaluating the caller's need, this person may need to speak with an on-site supervisor to review and confirm the caller will be directed to the correct department. Track all incoming calls in a spreadsheet (caller, number, request, outcome, etc.)
Skills Required Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, and maintain caller log sheet.
Skills Preferred
Experience Required At least 5 years of Receptionist experience.

Education Required At least high school completion.
