The Project Analyst – Strategic Enablement will be a key member of the Central International Insurance Team with primary focus on supporting the Compliance and Control program in International Insurance business. The insurance industry is extremely complex with detailed regulatory scrutiny and the need for operational risk control has never been more important. This role will help to strengthen the Control environment within International Insurance business to ensure and to demonstrate that key core processes in all markets are robust, sustainable and offer acceptable levels of process quality.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support Manger with the Best In Class Standards and Controls program for International Insurance

• Management of the Insurance Contract Database and Central Repositories
• Analysis and categorization of risk events and customer complaints
• Identify process deficiencies, controls weaknesses and provide recommendations on solutions to best mitigate them
• Support quarterly and annual testing for Insurance controls and analyze findings for communication to the Insurance Market teams
• Understand regulatory requirements and their impacts on the business, and support implementation actions to ensure adherence, as required
• Help to strengthen the control environment within Insurance business by working closely with Legal, Compliance, Operational Risk and other Control groups
• Support manager with adhoc projects

• Bachelor's degree in a Marketing/Financial discipline or Project Management Certification would be an asset.
