Supports efforts to comply with applicable regulatory requirements as they relate to all businesses and functional areas across CLIENT and its subsidiaries globally. The primary focus of this position is to assist the Records Management Team with establishing and maintaining compliance controls related to CLIENT Record Management Program.


• Manage the ongoing development and implementation of communication efforts for Records Management Program-related initiatives, including:
o Delivering annual and ad-hoc enterprise-wide and targeted training;
o Designing and maintaining the resources available to staff on the Records Management SharePoint site to support compliance with the program; and
o Working with key stakeholders to coordinate messages involving related data initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of business developments and regulatory updates on the Records Management Program, including:
o Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to gather any additional information needed to understand the potential impact on the program;
o Proposing any necessary program updates to management; and
o Working with internal stakeholders to implement updates, as needed.
• Assist in further developing the Records Management Program, including:
o Identifying, documenting and supporting the implementation of new and enhanced controls and processes in the corporate policy and procedures;
o Drafting internal memos to document key program changes, as needed;
o Advising the business of new developments that impact their current practices; and
o Collaborating on related initiatives with key stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Enterprise Infrastructure, Privacy, Technology Risk Management and IT Architecture) and other subject matter experts.
• Provide guidance to the businesses on their record management obligations.
• Document and track the escalation and resolution of compliance issues, as appropriate.
• Participate in projects necessary to support the team's initiatives, both within the Compliance Department and across the firm.
• Perform other special projects or assignments, as requested.
• Maintain regulatory awareness and compliance with risk-related policies and best practices.



• 4-5+ years of financial services industry experience in audit, risk, compliance, or regulatory functions
