Our growing digital team is seeking a web development manager to help enhance current global websites and support new website development. Role is focused on managing the organization's online presence to improve the usability, site performance, marketing and overall business objectives. This position is the subject matter expert for online site structure, content and design. Position requires 7 to 12 years of website management and web development experience. Specifics requirements include:

• Depth of experience managing global websites, optimizing web performance and managing developers and content writers
• Relevant experience in managing the evolution and maintenance of b2b web properties (e.g. websites, microsites and landing pages)
• Demonstrated experience with WordPress, including the Loop, creating & editing themes, plugins, and templates; WPMU & WPML knowledge a plus
• Good grasp of hosting environments and VMs, including use of the command line in Linux & Windows, bash shell, PowerShell, SSH and FTP
• Ability to adapt design and code to build free-form pages for single-use situations which don't fit our templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Strong organizational & time management skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
• Capacity to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and one-off techniques
• Enjoy diagnosing problems and demonstrate skill at discovering creative solutions, often across roles and knowledge domains
• Proven listening skills for following instructions carefully, confidence to offer advice when needed and ability to deal with rejection
• Work with agencies to complete development of the site, reviewing changes, adapting content, consulting with and presenting to team and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of SEO, marketing automation, graphic design, file systems and collaboration tools, always with an awareness of enterprise security
• Know-how with CRUD database operations, versioning, and maintaining metatags for new products, solutions, campaigns, documents and media
• Competence at writing and communication using email, and creating written documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in Microsoft Office
• Good time management skills
• Experience in enterprise web site development from initiation to completion, as well as website maintenance
