 Overall Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management. Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Manage high value long term strategic projects that involve newand/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers. 2) Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors. 3) Leads large cross functional teams to manage programs within allotted timeline and budget. 4) Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization. 5) Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. 6) Leads program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis. 7) Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables. 8) Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

***Position can be remote.  Candidate MUST be local to collaboration zone so office days can be scheduled.  CT or ET zones preferred. heavy experience and skills with coordinating multiple teams for inputs and actionable tasks, strong communication skills, heavy 'organizational' skills in extremely dynamic environment.   Ability to negotiate to resolutions and not afraid to say 'No' and hold the line for holding other accountable and process adherence.  

***Sometimes – some 'late shift' work will be needed (especially as team is ramping up) and that will be compensated with non work hours during normal business day.  Some OT inevitable. 

***TOP 4 SKILLS:  
1)  Organization – heavy coordination of activities of multiple teams to achieve a single release (many inputs for a single output)  
2) Heavy Communication skills – written and verbal. Must be able to facilitate conference calls with large diverse audiences  
3)   Traditional PM skills and experience a plus.  Release Management skills and/or experience desired but not mandatory.  
4)   Process Definition and analysis a bonus
