Service Desk Technician

Location: Sunnyvale, California
Our Information Technology team is seeking a talented Helpdesk Technician to support our employees in Phoenix, Sunnyvale, Kansas City, and Boston. You will provide support over the phone using remote tools while also performing hands-on support and system deployments for users in the local office. You will also triage and route tickets while escalating important issues to other teams as needed. As the initial point of contact for most IT customers this is a highly visible position, so you'll need excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users.


· Provide phone and hands-on support to employees
· Prioritize service requests and assign support tickets as appropriate
· Troubleshoot and identify network & server related problems for handoff


· 3+ years of professional Helpdesk experience
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated problem solving skills
· Experience providing software and hardware support
· Experience in a Windows Active Directory environment
· Experience w/ MS Exchange 2010 +
· Experience with Windows Server
