Client's projects span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique implementation challenges we face daily. The Program Integration Management Lead is a key component in Client delivering key strategic programs successfully.

Summary of responsibilities:
  • Utilize a practical framework to identify, catalogue, track and manage key dependencies and integration points between major programs from planning through execution.
  • Escalate and resolve risks and issues related to dependencies and integration impact that threaten the successful delivery of major programs and achievement of associated strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate continuous communication and dialogue between program teams where dependencies and integration points, or the potential for such, exist.
  • Foster an environment of openness and collaboration between major Enterprise programs and provide channels that allow the flow of information to take place easier across program silos.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen strategic alignment between major programs and work with the key stakeholders to take advantage of these opportunities resulting in optimized benefits realization, improved performance and increased competitive advantage for the company.
Required experience:
7-10 years related IT and/or business/financial work experience successfully
5+ years of management experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, understands what it takes to deliver large-scale solutions
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and office 365
• Experience coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives
• Experience in organizational change management, including communications and training
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Adept at leading and motivating teams
Program/ Project management background or heavy exposure
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Superior influencing skills
• Proven experience in collaborating across functional teams
• Ability to adapt easily to change
• Expansive thinker
• High level of Drive and enthusiasm
• Ability to work with colleagues at all levels
• Delivery orientated
• Exposure to large global organizations
Preferred experience
• PMP Certification
Experience in Project Management Effectiveness or Value Delivery
• Experience in investments, financial services, or insurance industries
• Exposure to a global technology delivery organization, specifically shared services and/or applications
Consulting background a bonus but not required
