Job Description:


The main function of the Aircraft Records Analyst is to:
  • Be responsible for monitoring and continually adjusting the daily aircraft routings
  • To ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance workload requirements while minimizing the impact to the airline operation.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Preserves scheduled lines.
  • Minimizing broken trips and aircraft swapsWorks with various groups in the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) to ensure that appropriate aircraft are assigned to flight operations
  • And manage all aircraft restrictions such as:
  1. Restrictive MELs, lease agreements,
  2. Heavy check,
  3. Range/payload restrictions,
  4. Limited cycle/hour fly backs,
  5. Airport curfew restrictions
  6. Monitors heavy maintenance lines and provision appropriate spare allocations/support
  7. Reviews all aircraft out of service for an extended period of time and communicate the status with operational personnel on bridge to discuss coverage options
  8. Monitors spare aircraft throughout the daily operation
  9. Remains accountable for quick turns, broken trips and unlinked legs
  10. Keeps management advised of all irregular operations and any discrepancies pertaining to the international operational.
  11. Processes records documents and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness
  12. Researches and resolves aircraft data issues
  13. Distributes and files documents as required by procedures
  14. Sets up/installs inspections in computer system
  15. Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail;
  • Outstanding organizational skills10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm
  • Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities on a daily basis;
  • Ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Computer literate; knowledge of SCEPTRE, Mapper, and Quicksilver preferred
  • Aviation maintenance experience/knowledge (especially aircraft component and FAA Airworthiness Directives)
  • Working knowledge of Americans Commercial Schedule
  • Understanding of maintenance structure, maintenance station capabilities and processes
  • Education/Experience High School diploma or GED Equivalency
  • Experience in an Aircraft Operational environment
  • Understanding of current IOC planning unit structure Level 2: 2-4 Years' Experience
