Large Company has a Contract Opportunity in Pleasanton, CA

  • This is a 6-9 month project that may be extended. No possibility for conversion at this time.

    After 3 months in the role you may have the ability to work from home one day a week.

    • Management, coaching and training of the US P2P operations group (4~6 people)
    • Partner with third party in the delivery of procure to pay services
    • Manage daily operations through oversight of analytics and metrics
    • Ability to understand complex ERP related payment issues and develop solutions
    • Lead the development/update of P2P related policy and procedure
    • Lead monthly close process for P2P
    • Identify and/or implement process changes to improve the overall efficiency/effectiveness of the Procure to Pay sub-processes
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance
    • CPA preferred
    • 3+ years experience in public accounting preferred
    • Experience managing P2P operations a plus
    • Ability to drive performance improvement across a teams
