Call Center Service Associate

Job Description: Provider Outreach Representatives:

Individuals will provide data outreach to provider practices. Individuals will need to be familiar and have some previous work history with Excel and Access to accurately track and update their outreach efforts.
-Candidates will need to have good relationship and negotiation skills as they will reach out to provider offices to get them to respond to concerns and needed data
-Experience in credentialing or provider network management would be a plus
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High school degree or equivalent required. Some college preferred. Some experience in a call center or customer service role within the health insurance industry required.
Knowledge: Medical terminology and medical billing coding preferred

- Excellent Customer Service skills including the ability to manage and diffuse irate calls
